For adults · Free, drop in · 1 hr

This is a 45-55 minute floor session, accessible for all levels (including beginners). We will focus on dropping into our physical bodies with more presence and awareness. We will incorporate yoga, somatic movement, and breathwork to help us explore our own natural sensations, rhythms, and cycles in order to grow our self-knowledge and empowerment. While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk. Library patrons assume responsibility for their own health and well-being when taking The Library’s classes or participating in Library events. The Library does not assume any liability in providing classes or sponsoring events that involve physical activity. By agreeing to participate in a Library sponsored activity or class, the Library patron waives all claims against the Library, its employees and representatives.
